Booking & Cancellation Policy

It is an express condition;


That all persons willing to participate in any activity provided by the “Bill’s Boat Hire” to agree and adhere to all the rules and regulations set out in their entirety, without any exception.
You must accept all terms & conditions before making a booking, failure will not consist of a valid request for a refund.

You will be required to sign a waiver of liability refusing to sign your waiver of liability after you made a booking will not consist of a valid request for refund.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

There will be NO REFUND if cancelled within the 48 hour period. We do not allow cancellation prior to day of hire based on a weather forecast, or feeling sick – sorry – but NO REFUND – this is Bills Boat Hire Policy.

You can call to rebook your hire outside of the 48 hour cancellation timeline, your first rebooking will be free of charge, any other rebooking will cost $20 for an administration fee.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to dangerous weather conditions at our discretion, at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to any mechanical issues with a vessel at any time. Bills Boat Hire we will be in contact with you on the day of your booking to organise transferring your booking to another date, or a partial refund (minus the administration/booking fee), costs may vary depending on the type of craft, this is Bills Boat Hire Policy.
If you are unsure about another date to transfer your boat booking – you have 3 months from the date of the original booking to reschedule, you will need to contact Bills Boat Hire to organise the rescheduled date.

Bookings can only be made upon full payment or deposit.

  • A pre-authorisation fee of $300 will is required when you come to site, you will need your credit card or cash as a holding fee. The cash will be returned immediately the credit card will be returned in up to 31 working days (we have no control over the release time – it is determined by your institution)
  • Cancellation notification prior to the 48 hour lock-out period – An Administration fee of $20 is deducted from refund, and the 3rd party online booking fee is also deducted (varies according to booking), even if Bills Boat Hire has to cancel the hire.
  • Cancellation notification less than 48 hours NO REFUND
  • Times are not transferable within the 12-hour prior departure.
  • A nominal administration fee will be deducted from all cancellations, even if Bills Boat Hire has to make a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances – such as Hazardous weather conditions or Mechanical Failure, this is a nominal ADMINISTRATION FEE.
  • Your safety is paramount to us, so in the event of “Bill’s Boat Hire” is cancelling your activity due to unfavourable weather conditions or any reason whatsoever – Rescheduling is offered for a 3 month limited time only, from the date of the scheduled hire – it is your responsibility to contact Bills Boat Hire to reschedule your booking.
  • If you have ordered the Seafood Platter and you or Bills Boat Hire has to cancel your booking, the seafood platter can not be refunded or transferred to another day.  You will need to contact Bills Boat Hire and arrange to pick up the Seafood Platter – it is NOT refundable.
